San Martino’s Pastry – Classic
Typical dessert made for Saint Martin’s Day, on November 11th.
It is a traditional cake made of short-crust pastry in the characteristic shape of a horse with its rider, precisely Saint Martin. It is hand-decorated with royal icing, sugared almonds and chocolates.
A version covered with dark chocolate is also avaiable.
