The “DOLCERIE VENEZIANE” was founded in 1986 by seven master confectioners who developed some recipes of the Venetian tradition, obtaining typical sweets, as well as chocolates depicting some of the symbols of Venice.
Subsequently the company added other products to its offerings, including: Easter Eggs, Galani, Dolce San Martino, Christmas and Easter packages, Panettone, Pandoro, Veneziana, Mandorlato, Focaccia, Colomba.
In 1996, on the occasion of its 10thanniversary, it launched a new range of small hand-crafted fine chocolate products that allowed the “DOLCERIE VENEZIANE” brand to successfully establish itself beyond the regional borders.
Today, DolcerieVeneziane is an international group that employs over 200 employees and collaborators, with the aim of consolidating its presence on the Italian market and expanding it on foreign
markets. The care in the choice of ingredients, respect for traditional recipes combined with strictly artisan production, allows us to offer high quality products to the delight of the most demanding palates.
